Upon reloading, the controls reset to defaults: the stake returns to 20, and the first preset mode is restored. Your settled balance from previous rounds remains, but the unfinished round’s state is gone.

The whole-coin wallet balance, including zero, and separate fractional carry persist in localStorage across settlement, restoration and reload. Clearing cached files alone need not clear localStorage. Stake 20 and Linear settings reset; an interrupted round has no refund, payout or continuation.
